Michael C. Duke, President
Co-founder of America's 401(k), Inc., Mike has considerable experience in the area of tax, corporate finance and employee benefit planning from working for Law Firms and Accounting Firms. Mike also co founded a Trust Company as well as companion Financial Services and Securities firms (Broker Dealer/FINRA member) to provide a complete array of retirement planning services to corporate clients. He has served in the U.S. ARMY. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and retains a variety of Securities Licenses.
Mike also has the following designations:

- CRC : Certified Retirement Counselor

Diane Schwab, Executive Vice President - Administration
Diane has worked in the design, implementation and administration of qualified plans since 1980. Prior to coming to America's 401(k), she managed the administration and compliance of qualified plans for a trust company and three pension administration firms. She has also worked in related fields for an insurance company. She has a:
